Return and Refund policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.  

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE RETURN

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending a Whatsapp message on +92 339 2010533 or by sending an email to support@urbanmerchers.com
  • The replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to Whatsapp or Email photographic evidence of the defective item within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • Urban Merchers will not bear any delivery charges that you incur to send the items back to us, especially in cases of a refund. The cost to send the items back to us is on the customer.
  • A tracking ID must be shared before the 10 day date via Whatsapp at +92 339 2010533 or email otherwise we will not be able to process your return or exchange.

PROCESSING TIME OF RETURN

  • We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receiving.
  • During busy sale events please allow up to 15 working days for your return to be processed.

OUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like to receive a different size, send it back to us by contacting us via WhatsApp at +92 339 2010533 or via email at support@urbanmerchers.com within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  • The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels attached.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and Standard shipping charges would be applicable on the new exchange item(s).

OUR REFUND POLICY 

  • We do refund in case of damaged product or if there was a mistake by packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
  • In the case of refund, 80% of your order amount (Deducting delivery charges and packing material amount) will be returned  by Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / Jazzcash. 
  • The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days.
